ปลารากกล้วย (อังกฤษ: Horseface loach; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์: Acantopsis choirorhynchos) เป็นปลาน้ำจืดชนิดหนึ่ง ในวงศ์ปลาหมูแท้ (Cobitidae) มีขนาดลำตัวยาวที่พบโดยทั่วไป 5-14 เซนติเมตร แต่ไม่เกิน 30 เซนติเมตร บ้านเรานำมาเป็นอาหาร แต่ต่างประเทศนิยมนำมาเลี้ยงใส่ตู้ ชอบทรายละเอียดเมื่อกลัวหรือตกใจจะมุดทรายหนี
